WHERE TO FIND REVIEWS OF A PRODUCT/SHOP AND HOW TO CREATE ONE

Once you place an order and receive the item you purchased, you can leave a review about the product. To do so, simply click on your profile icon at the top right of the BLOOP page, a drop-down menu will open, then select ''ORDERS''
Now go on the reference order and click on ''WRITE REVIEW'' located to its right
Finally give a rating of 1 to 5 stars based on your experience with the product (1=not at all satisfied; 2=not satisfied; 3= fairly satisfied; 4=very satisfied; 5=excellent), add a review in the box below and a photo of the product. Then click ''SUBMIT'' to post it
To view reviews left by other users about a particular product, click on the product you are interested in and then on ''CUSTOMER REVIEWS''
